Returns and refunds:
Due to the nature of all our decor being custom and hand made, we do not offer refunds or returns. We emphasise that you are entirely sure you wish to purchase before going ahead with your order.
If on the rare occasion that your decor happens to be faulty, then we will accept the return and process your refund within 7 days. Returned decor must be in original condition and must not have been installed, altered or washed. All tags must also remain in place.
We will also refund your item if it didn't arrive on time due to delays with the courier. For example countries like Poland are experiencing delays due to the war and so their sorting offices are facing a huge backlog of orders stuck in the system, waiting to clear. We can only apologise for this and if it's late, we ask you to decline to pay any duty taxes and the item will be returned to us after 21 days. By which point we will refund you in full. We cannot refund you any earlier whilst the parcel is in the system.

Flametect retardant spray:
Trippy Creations as a business will not be liable for any damages that may occur if the customer opts out of choosing a flame retardant. The customer is then responsible for keeping the synthetic decorations safe from any potential hazard that could result in a fire.
Trippy Creations will also not be liable for damages made after selecting Flametects fire retardant option.
As a business we provide our customers all the essential information they need to select it as an add-on, but we do not claim this information as our own. We also include their certificate of how they meet the relevant British standards in any order that selects this add-on.
Under ‘Furniture and Furnishings Regulations 1988 Act’ , Flametect synthetic spray for Trippy Creations UV decor meets the BS5867 regulations for part 2, type B: curtains and drapes.
Customs charges | Additional Fees:
Trippy Creations is not a VAT registered company and at present is only a small sole trader. This means that all customers are responsible for paying potential charges at customs.
As a small business it is difficult to allocate the precise charges that will be owed as this can depend on factors such as: Parcel weight Content value Country of shipment.
If you need to pay customs duty and import VAT, Parcelforce or another courier will contact you to explain how much is due and tell you your payment options. They’ll normally hold the goods for around three weeks. If you have not paid the bill by then the goods will be returned to Trippy Creations.
Print on demand merchandise:
All Trippy Creations merchandise is fulfilled by Printful and will not be posted out at the same time as your decor order. Their production takes 2-5 days and shipment will vary depending on your location.
We ask that you check your email for updates on your trippy creations merchandise as Printful will be in charge of this.

UK – 5-21 day shipment for adults and children's shirts & vests.
UK – 5-11 day shipment for tote bags and backpacks.
UK – 6-23 day shipment time for mouse pads.
UK – 6-9 day shipment time for laptop cases.
