If I don't have my own design can I just customise an existing inflatable that you stock with pub name/ brand name/ Happy Birthday, logo etc?
Yes this is absolutely fine. When you're submitting your customisation form, upload the pre-existing design that you want customised (eg- our inflatable daisies) and simply tell us what words or logo you want printed on it and what size. For existing designs we will need to know what size you want this in. All specifications of sizing are on our individual listings page
What are these inflatables made out of and can they be used outside?
Yes our inflatable decorations can be used outside but please bare in mind that they all require an electric source so please keep out of reach of water. Our inflatables are made out of oxford fabric.
What is required for fully customised designs from scratch?
You will need to upload a file that shows us your design or rough examples of your design so far. Plus any extra information including: size, colour, font, how you want it displayed. Make sure you describe in detail so that our designers can understand your vision.
What happens when I send you my customisation form?
Once your customisation form is received via my email I will promptly send this to our supplier. They will then check with the designers if it's possible. Once I have gotten a responce back from them that everything is ok with the request, I will then ask you to process your set up charge via our website. Once you have processed your charge we will then put you in contact. This process is designed to give you direct communication and save hours of research. Please note that our set up charge is not your final payment
What happens when I'm in contact with the company/ designer?
You will continue to discuss your design. My involvement will no longer be needed. You will then make your final payment for the printing/ creation of your inflatable to them which will be explained to you.
How long does the production time take for customised inflatables?
All of this can be explained by our designers, but this differs as it depends on the project that you're submiting to us. If your inflatable needs our designers to create something from scatch this will take a little longer than a design that is already existing and just needs minor printing.
For existing designs that just need logo printing etc:
Creative process time 1-10 days. Shipping 5-15 days depending on your country.
Extensive production of a brand new design may be the same or longer. Please communicate with your designers.
What do all the inflatables come with?
As our pre-existing inflatables states, all designs will come with the following:
- LED light (installed in your inflatable. This can be refused if not wanting)
- LED light (installed in your inflatable. This can be refused if not wanting)
- Electric fan blower (CE certified. Please ask our designers if you wish to see this)
- Chosen country plug
- Ropes, hooks
- Sand bags (supplied empty. You will need to fill your own bag for weights if required)
- White carry case
