Welcome to the boring, but important part of our website that you'll need to read before placing an order with us.

📦 Returns and refunds

Due to the nature of all our decor being custom and hand made we do not offer refunds or returns on our UV stretch web product line , our LED inflatable line or our PVC balls. We emphasise that you are entirely sure you wish to purchase before going ahead with your order.

If on the rare occasion that your decor happens to be faulty then we will accept the return and process your refund within 7 days. Returned decor must be in original condition and must not have been installed, altered or washed. All tags must also remain in place. We will also ask that you provide us with photo and video evidence as all products go through a strict quality control period before they leave our workshop.

Our LED hanging orb lights offer a strict refund and exhange policy on faulty goods only. Please contact us with photo and video evidence of your faulty goods. After we have confirmed the fault, customers will have 2 options. 1) We can send a brand new replacement, but the relevant shipping fee is borne by the customer. 2) Full refund

📦 Customs returns and unclaimed orders

If an order is returned to us due to being unclaimed from customs we will attempt to contact the customer. Customers have 7 days from our first contact attempt to reclaim their item.

• If the customer wishes to reclaim the item within this 7 day period they must pay the return shipping cost to have it resent to their country.

• If no shipping payment is received after 7 days and the item is still unclaimed the customer will be required to repay for the item in full if they still wish to receive it.

• After 7 days all unclaimed custom or made to order items may be resold and the original customer forfeits their right to the item.

🔥 Flametect retardant spray

Trippy Creations as a business will not be liable for any damages that may occur if the customer opts out of choosing a flame retardant. The customer is then responsible for keeping the synthetic decorations safe from any potential hazard that could result in a fire. Trippy Creations will also not be liable for damages made after selecting Flametect’s fire retardant option.

As a business we provide our customers all the essential information they need to select it as an add on but we do not claim this information as our own. We also include their certificate of how they meet the relevant British standards in any order that selects this add on.

Under Furniture and Furnishings Regulations 1988 Act Flametect synthetic spray for Trippy Creations UV decor meets the BS5867 regulations for part 2 type B: curtains and drapes.

💰 Refundable Customs charges and additional fees

Trippy Creations is not VAT registered and is a sole trader. This means that all customers are responsible for paying potential charges at customs as we are not liable to pay this. However; We do have our own IOSS so many orders will have a DPP service (no customs charge)

As a small business it is difficult to allocate the precise charges that may be owed as this can depend on factors such as parcel weight content value and country of shipment.

If you need to pay customs duty and import VAT Fedex or another courier will contact you to explain how much is due and tell you your payment options. They will normally hold the goods for around three weeks. If you have not paid the bill by then the goods will be returned to Trippy Creations.

If you do see customs charges, please get in touch with us. We refund ALL customs duty fees. Send us photographic evidence of your fee paid so that we can issue a refund for the full amount.

🎈LED inflatable decorations

All LED inflatable decorations are made by hand and made to order in our international workshop in China. There is a vigorous quality control procedure that takes place after each one is made. This is so that as a seller we can be 100% sure that customers are getting top quality decorations. Once each one is made we are sent a large bulk of imagery and videos of your piece which will later be used as evidence if any complaints of damage arise.

Our inflatable decorations are also packaged thoroughly to ensure maximum protection in transit. Due to all the above we do not issue refunds or exchanges as all decorations will be true to the original listing and contain no faults. We ask that you are 100 percent sure you wish to order before placing it.

All inflatables come with the full kit which includes:

• Energy efficient fan blower

• Ropes and hooks

• Sand bags (empty and when required)

• Appropriate plug for your country

• LED light for the inside of your decor

• Remotes

Your inflatable decorations will be shipped free of charge and posted from China using FedEX or UPS . Our production time is between 5 to 10 days and shipping will begin thereafter which is between 5 to 14 days depending on your location. Full tracking will be provided to you once we get notification of shipment.

Please bear in mind that if you are ordering inflatables and neon UV decor you will receive 2 orders separately in the post. This is because UV decor is dispatched from the UK and the inflatables are from overseas.
