Returns and refunds:
Due to the nature of all our decor being custom and hand made, we do not offer refunds or returns. We emphasise that you are entirely sure you wish to purchase before going ahead with your order.
If on the rare occasion that your decor happens to be faulty, then we will accept the return and process your refund within 7 days. Returned decor must be in original condition and must not have been installed, altered or washed. All tags must also remain in place.
We will also refund your item if it didn't arrive on time due to delays with the courier. For example countries like Poland are experiencing delays due to the war and so their sorting offices are facing a huge backlog of orders stuck in the system, waiting to clear. We can only apologise for this and if it's late, we ask you to decline to pay any duty taxes and the item will be returned to us after 21 days. By which point we will refund you in full. We cannot refund you any earlier whilst the parcel is in the system.

Flametect retardant spray:
Trippy Creations as a business will not be liable for any damages that may occur if the customer opts out of choosing a flame retardant. The customer is then responsible for keeping the synthetic decorations safe from any potential hazard that could result in a fire.
Trippy Creations will also not be liable for damages made after selecting Flametects fire retardant option.
As a business we provide our customers all the essential information they need to select it as an add-on, but we do not claim this information as our own. We also include their certificate of how they meet the relevant British standards in any order that selects this add-on.
Under ‘Furniture and Furnishings Regulations 1988 Act’ , Flametect synthetic spray for Trippy Creations UV decor meets the BS5867 regulations for part 2, type B: curtains and drapes.
Customs charges | Additional Fees:
Trippy Creations is not VAT registered, but is a private limited, micro company. This means that all customers are responsible for paying potential charges at customs.
As a small company it is difficult to allocate the precise charges that will be owed as this can depend on factors such as: Parcel weight Content value Country of shipment.
If you need to pay customs duty and import VAT, Parcelforce or another courier will contact you to explain how much is due and tell you your payment options. They’ll normally hold the goods for around three weeks. If you have not paid the bill by then the goods will be returned to Trippy Creations.
Print on demand merchandise:
All Trippy Creations merchandise is fulfilled by Printful and will not be posted out at the same time as your decor order. Their production takes 2-5 days and shipment will vary depending on your location.
We ask that you check your email for updates on your trippy creations merchandise as Printful will be in charge of this.
These Printful shipping times are estimates, not guarantees:
UK – 5-21 day shipment for adults and children's shirts & vests.
UK – 5-11 day shipment for tote bags and backpacks.
UK – 6-23 day shipment time for mouse pads.
UK – 6-9 day shipment time for laptop cases.
Subsequently orders from outside of the UK may be slightly longer. We ask that you check your email for updates on your trippy creations merchandise as Printful will be in charge of this.
LED Inflatable Decorations:
All LED Inflatable decorations are made by hand and made to order in our international factory in China. There is a vigorous quality control procedure that takes place after each one is made. This is so that me as a seller can be 100% sure that my customers are getting top quality decorations. Once each one is made, I get sent a large bulk of imagery and videos of your piece which will later be used as evidence if any complaints of damage was to arise.
Our Inflatable decorations are also packaged thoroughly to ensure maximum protection in transit. Due to all the above we do not issue refunds or exchanges as all decorations will be true to the original listing and contain no faults. We ask you that you're 100% sure you wish to order before placing it.
All inflatables come with the full kit, which includes:
- Energy efficient fan blower
- Ropes and hooks
- Sand bags (empty and when required)
- Appropriate plug for your country
- LED light for the inside of your decor
- Remotes
Your inflatable decorations will be shipped FREE of charge and posted from China using FedEX. Our production time is between 1-7 days and shipping will begin there after which is between 5-14 days depending on your location, Full tracking will be provided to you once I get notification of shipment
Please bare in mind that if you're ordering inflatables and neon UV decor that you will receive 2 orders separately in the post. This is because I will be dispatching all UV decor from UK and the inflatables are from across seas.
Our LED inflatables do not come fire proofed. Customers are advised to spray them down themselves by purchasing synthetic fire sprays online.
All electrical appliances such as our fan blower have the relevant CE Certifications. If you wish to see a copy of these then please email us.
New stretchy web black edging/lining
We are now beginning to introduce a brand new edging which can be selected when ordering your UV psychedelic, stretchy webs. This is designed to protect the edges of your fabric for longer which in turn preserves the life expectancy.
Our edging enables you to hammer into this section only rather than directly onto the decor itself. You will have a 3-5cm margin all along the perimeter where you can stretch out and use this as your safety area for install purposes.
Edging is an option only and not crucial.

Customers are advised that selecting this add-on will make the UV stretch webs considerably a lot less stretchy. If selecting this option your webs will want to remain a square or rectangle shape
UV stretchy web safety and compliance:
1. Keep away from open flames and heat sources. Fire retardant treatments reduce flammability but do not make the product fireproof.
2. Use small tacks or cable ties for secure installation.
3. Risk of injury – Handle tacks carefully during installation.
4. Do not overstretch fabric beyond recommended capacity
5. Choking Hazard – Small parts (tacks, cut fabric) may pose a choking risk.
6. Not a toy – Keep out of reach of children under 3 years old
7. Store in a cool, dry place away from sharp objects. Lay flat to prevent creasing or damage.
8. Dispose of in accordance with local recycling and waste guidelines.
9. Matt colours and standard prints can be machine washed on a light setting with detergent (UV white, UV green, UV pink, UV zebra and UV geometric) Rainbow sprayed option can be wiped with a damp cloth only if selecting the gloss varnish option
10. Stretchy webs may sag or lose elasticity if exposed to moisture.
11. Prolonged sunlight exposure may fade UV colours.

Product Description:
Decorative items designed for indoor/outdoor use at events, festivals, and themed parties. UV-reactive cobwebs, camo nets, and ivy props provide immense visual effects under blacklight. Rainbow stretchy webs and products selected for gloss varnish or fire treatments are hand-sprayed with UV-reactive paints. LED inflatable decorations are constructed by hand by our designers using Oxford fabric and polyester. The integrated lighting system consists of pre-installed RGB lights. The waterproof mirror balls are designed by a different team and constructed from PVC. UV ivy decorations and camo nets are primed and hand-sprayed with UV water-based paints and treated if selected.

For all UV stretchy web decorations, relevant British Standards safety certificates can be supplied upon request.
All LED inflatable decorations and giant waterproof mirror balls are supplied with a certificate of conformity if requested.
Manufacturing Process Statement:
The UV-reactive web decorations are imported by the roll, consisting of a polyester and elastane blend, and modified by Trippy Creations through hand-spraying (for rainbow webs or those selected for gloss varnish or fire treatments). UV camo nets and ivy props are primed and hand-sprayed with UV water-based paints. Then further glossed with treatments if selected. The LED inflatables are handcrafted by our designers using Oxford fabric and polyester, with RGB lighting systems pre-installed by the manufacturer. The waterproof mirror balls are constructed by a separate team from PVC. The manufacturer of LED inflatables and mirror balls conducts their own quality control checks and provides evidence to Trippy Creations before dispatch.

We, Trippy Creations, declare under sole responsibility that the products listed above conform to the relevant safety and compliance regulations. Testing and inspections have been carried out to ensure the safety, reliability, and performance of the products for their intended use.
