Express Shipping
Need it sooner? Express is £120 at checkout and takes 1-5 days in transit once your order is made. It speeds up shipping, not production.
Other Countries
A flat £160 shipping charge applies outside our free zones, as freight there is priced per order. If your destination costs significantly more, we'll contact you before production begins.
Returns & Exchanges
As each inflatable is made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted. If your item arrives damaged, send us photos and we'll investigate with the courier before offering a return or replacement.

UV stretch webs are handmade to order in our Somerset studio. Production typically takes 3-10 working days.
FREE Delivery
Once made, your order ships via UPS. UK orders go by UPS Standard (1-5 working days) and international orders by UPS Express Worldwide (1-3 working days), both free.

Our PVC waterproof balls are made to order by a specialist workshop in China. Please allow 5-10 working days for production.

Hire (UK Only)
FREE Delivery
Your hire decor is dispatched free of charge before your hire start date, usually the day before using a 24 hour courier service. Please make sure you select enough time before your event to allow for delivery.
Hire Term
Your hire term is 7 days, which also covers your return period. A free returns label is included in the parcel, valid for 7 days.
Returns & Deposits
All hire items must be returned using the returns label and packaging provided. Deposits are £80 or £100 depending on the item, and are refunded within 5 days via Shopify to your original payment method once your decor has been returned and checked.

Inflatables Only Production Holidays
Our inflatable workshop closes for Chinese national holidays each year.
You can still order during these periods, and production starts as soon as the workshop reopens.
UV stretch webs are made in our Somerset UK studio, so they're never affected.
