Delivery & returns information for UV stretch webs, inflatables and hire products.

UV Stretch Webs 🕸️

🚚 Delivery

UV stretch webs are made to order.

Production time is typically 3–10 working days.

Once production is complete, orders are dispatched via UPS.

  • UK Delivery: UPS Standard (1–5 working days)
  • International Delivery: UPS Express Worldwide (1–3 working days)

📦 Returns

As UV stretch webs are made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

Photographic evidence of the damage will be required and we will open an investigation with the courier before offering a replacement or refund.

LED Inflatables 🎈

🛠️ Production Time

All LED inflatables and PVC balls are custom-made to order in our international workshop.

Please allow 5–10 working days for production. This timeframe also accounts for any unexpected delays.

🚚 Delivery

Once production is complete, your order will be shipped via FREE FedEx Air with UPS

Delivery typically takes 5–14 days, depending on your location.

Until dispatched, your order will remain marked as Pending.

💰 Customs & Import Fees

Customs duties or import charges may apply depending on your country.

If charged, we will refund the customs fee upon receipt of photographic evidence showing the fee paid.

📦 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom-made nature of LED inflatables, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

If your item arrives damaged in transit, a return or replacement may be offered.

Photographic evidence is required and a courier investigation will be completed before any claim is processed.

Hire Decor 🗓️

🚚 Delivery

Your hire decor is dispatched FREE of charge before your hire start date. This is usually sent the day before your hire begins using a 24 hour courier service.

Please ensure you select enough time before your event to allow for delivery.

Your hire term is 5 days, which also covers your return period.

A free returns label is included inside the parcel. The returns label is valid for 5 days and must be used within this timeframe.

📦 Returns & Deposits

All hire items must be returned using the provided returns label and packaging.

Once your decor is returned and checked, your deposit will be refunded within 5 days via Shopify.

Deposit amounts are £80 or £100, depending on the item hired and this will be returned via Shopify to your payment method.

Additional charges may apply for late returns, damage or missing items. Please refer to the additional charges page for full details.
