The People Behind the Props: Why the Human Side of Event Design Matters

Behind every immersive event is a real person.

When you're planning an event, there are countless moving parts to coordinate.

Venues, suppliers, production schedules, health and safety, deadlines, budgets and client expectations all compete for your attention. The last thing you need is another supplier that feels impossible to reach or treats your project like just another order number.

That's exactly why I built Trippy Creations differently.

My name is Cherise, and I'm the founder, artist and designer behind Trippy Creations.

For over a decade I've been creating artwork and immersive décor, and today I work with event organisers, production companies, festivals, venues and creative agencies across the UK and internationally to produce large-scale decorative installations that transform ordinary spaces into unforgettable experiences.

Whether it's giant inflatable props, UV-reactive décor, stretch web installations or completely bespoke commissions, every project starts with one simple goal:

Creating something your guests will remember long after the event has finished.

You're not talking to a chatbot.

One thing I hear regularly from clients is how refreshing it is to deal with a real person throughout the project.

When you email, call or message Trippy Creations, you're speaking directly with someone who understands the products, the creative process and the practical realities of live events.

That means:

  • Honest advice about what's achievable.
  • Transparent pricing with no hidden surprises.
  • Clear communication from enquiry through to delivery.
  • Creative input if you're still developing your vision.

I know how stressful event planning can become, so I try to make the décor side feel as straightforward as possible.

Because great customer service shouldn't disappear once you've clicked "Buy."

Creativity Comes Before Products

It's easy to see the finished photographs on social media and assume everything simply appears overnight.

In reality, every installation starts long before the paint comes out.

Sometimes it's a rough sketch.

Sometimes it's a mood board from a client.

Sometimes it's simply a conversation about how you want people to feel when they walk into the room.

From there, ideas become prototypes, colours are tested, materials are chosen and every detail is refined until we're confident the finished piece will have the impact you're looking for.

Whether you're looking for giant RGB inflatable décor, UV-reactive stretch web installations, floating props or something entirely bespoke, the creative process is always tailored to your event rather than pulled from a catalogue.

No two events are identical.

Your décor shouldn't be either.

A Small Business with a Global Creative Network

People are often surprised to discover that Trippy Creations isn't a large corporate company.

At its heart, it's a small independent business built around creativity, craftsmanship and relationships.

Some projects are handmade entirely by me.

Others are brought to life alongside trusted specialist makers, talented artists and experienced manufacturing partners who share the same commitment to quality.

Having an international creative network allows me to offer a much wider range of bespoke products than would be possible working alone, while still maintaining the personal service that clients value.

Every supplier I work with has been carefully selected because they understand the level of quality and attention to detail that Trippy Creations represents.

Although different people may contribute to different projects, every design, every quotation and every customer relationship is managed personally.

You're never passed between departments or left wondering who is responsible for your order.

Let's Create Something Extraordinary

Every event tells a story.

Whether you're transforming a festival field, designing an immersive nightclub experience, styling a corporate activation or creating a themed installation for thousands of guests, the right décor helps bring that story to life.

If you're looking for a creative partner who combines artistic craftsmanship with reliable project support, I'd love to hear about your ideas.

Together, we can create something your guests won't forget.
