🛠️ Production Time All inflatable decorations are made to order at our workshop. Please allow 5–10 days for production. This time frame also covers any unexpected delays.
✈️ Delivery Time Once production is complete, your order will be shipped via FREE FedEx Air. Delivery usually takes 5–14 days, depending on your location. Until it’s shipped, your order will remain listed as Pending.
🚫 Returns & Exchanges We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges as each inflatable is custom-made to order. However, if your item arrives damaged in transit we can offer a return or replacement. Photographic evidence of the damage is required and we will open an investigation with the courier before processing the claim.
