  • Your decor is posted out FREE before your hire start date. This is usually the day before your hire start time. Please ensure that you're selecting enough time before your event to ensure it arrives on time. Your hire term is 5 days
  • Your decor will be posted free with express 24hr and your returns label is for 5 days, it will expire after this period
  • Your decor will contain a free returns label using the same courier as stated above
  • Your deposit will be refunded within 5 days of your decor being returned to me and it being checked over. This will appear as a refund via Shopify for the amount of which you've paid to hire. (£80.00 or £100.00)

Important Safety Information:

These candy cane props are not flame-proofed as standard. For indoor events requiring fire safety compliance, we recommend purchasing synthetic fire retardant spray online, which can be easily applied before use. When properly treated, these props will typically meet British Standards certification requirements. Always check your venue's specific fire safety regulations.

Most inflatables come with LED strips installed, or light bulbs depending on which one you purchase. We also have the occasional inflatable that comes with a spotlight installed too.

Lights can be controlled by a remote that's included (without batteries).

UK:220- 240V
EU: 220-240V
Everywhere else: 110-120V

We will equip the correct voltage for your region. Blower's voltage and plug type vary from different countries, similarly to electrical appliances.

We will match the blower with the appropriate voltage and plug based on the your country delivered to.

Most European countries use 220-240V, while American countries use 110-120V.

We ship your hire pack a day or two before your event starts.

We provide a free returns label inside your package so you can send your decor back free of charge.

All inflatables include a built in electric blower for quick and easy inflation. You will also receive a cable and plug that's suitable for your region. Simply plug in and play, with zero setup required!

These inflatables require mains electricity, so they must be kept dry at all times when used outdoors.

Do not allow the blower, plug or any electrical parts to get wet. If rain is forecast the inflatable must be switched off, unplugged and brought undercover immediately.

Failure to follow these precautions can result in damage or risk of injury. We cannot be held responsible for any accidents, damage or improper use caused by exposure to water.

  • Inflatable – made from strong or Oxford fabric or polyester taffeta fabric (or similar), with stitched seams.
  • Built-in blower fan – plugs into mains power for continuous inflation.
  • LED lighting system – integrated near the blower for a bright, even glow.
  • Remote control (without batteries) – adjust colours, fades and lighting patterns.
  • Power cable / plug – supplied with the correct regional plug type.
  • Ropes and ground pegs / D-rings – provided based on whether you choose to hang the inflatable or place it on the ground.
  • Carry bag / storage case – for easy transport and reuse.

Our inflatables are not fire retardant, and we strongly recommend that customers apply their own approved fire-retardant spray or treatment if required for their event or venue. Always follow the product instructions carefully.

Please note we are not liable for any damage, accidents or issues that occur as a result of fire exposure, untreated materials or the application of third-party fire-retardant products.
