All inflatable decorations are made to order at our workshop. Please allow 5–10 days for production. This time frame also covers any unexpected delays.


✈️ Delivery Time
Once production is complete, your order will be shipped via FREE FedEx Air. Delivery usually takes 5–14 days, depending on your location. Until it’s shipped, your order will remain listed as Pending.


💰 Refundable Customs & Import Fees
Please note that customs duties or import charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations. We will refund the customs fee upon photographic evidence of the fee paid by the customer.


🚫 Returns & Exchanges
We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges as each inflatable is custom-made to order. However, if your item arrives damaged in transit we can offer a return or replacement. Photographic evidence of the damage is required and we will open an investigation with the courier before processing the claim.

🔥Important Safety Information:

All inflatables are not flame-proofed as standard. For indoor events requiring fire safety compliance, we recommend purchasing synthetic fire retardant spray online, which can be easily applied before use. When properly treated, these props will typically meet British Standards certification requirements. Always check your venue's specific fire safety regulations.

Most inflatables come with LED strips installed, or light bulbs depending on which one you purchase. We also have the occasional inflatable that comes with a spotlight installed too.

Lights can be controlled by a remote that's included (without batteries).

UK:220- 240V
EU: 220-240V
Everywhere else: 110-120V

We will equip the correct voltage for your region. Blower's voltage and plug type vary from different countries, similarly to electrical appliances.

We will match the blower with the appropriate voltage and plug based on the your country delivered to.

Most European countries use 220-240V, while American countries use 110-120V.

All inflatables include a built in electric blower for quick and easy inflation. You will also receive a cable and plug that's suitable for your region. Simply plug in and play, with zero setup required!

These inflatables require mains electricity, so they must be kept dry at all times when used outdoors.

Do not allow the blower, plug or any electrical parts to get wet. If rain is forecast the inflatable must be switched off, unplugged and brought undercover immediately.

Failure to follow these precautions can result in damage or risk of injury. We cannot be held responsible for any accidents, damage or improper use caused by exposure to water.

Yes, some orders may incur a customs charge depending on your country’s import rules.

This fee is set by your local customs office, not by us.

We refund all custom fees with photographic evidence provided so we can return the correct and full amount to you.

Production takes 5 - 10 working days. Once your inflatable has been handmade, it then takes 5 - 14 working days to ship to your address.

If you need it sooner, we also offer rush orders at an extra fee upon request. Contact us to get your inflatables sooner.

Some of our inflatable props now come with fire proofed fabric. If you select this option then your inflatable will come supplied with the relevant fire safety cert in the package. If you select this option then your prop will be made out of plain weave nylon which is heavier than oxford fabric. You will get the relevant fire safety certificate which is C1 B1 Flame Retardant Report.

If there is not a fire proof option then this will not be fire proofed and will remain oxford fabric
