Standard material should not be assumed to be flame-retardant. Power must remain connected during use.

🛠️ Production Time
Every LED inflatable is designed by Trippy Creations and produced in collaboration with our specialist manufacturing team in China. All pieces are made to order, so please allow 5-10 working days for production. This time frame also covers any unexpected delays.

✈️ Delivery Time
Once production is complete, your order ships via FedEx Air and usually takes 5-14 days, depending on your location. Until it's shipped, your order will remain listed as Pending.

🌍 Shipping Costs
Shipping is FREE, with all duties and taxes paid, to the UK, EU, Norway, Switzerland, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. For all other countries a flat £160 charge applies, shown at checkout before you pay. Freight to these destinations is priced per order, so if yours costs significantly more we'll contact you before production begins.

Need it sooner? Express is available at checkout for £120 and takes 1-5 days in transit once your order is made. It speeds up shipping, not production.

📅 Production Holidays
Our workshop closes for national holidays through the year. The delivery dates shown already allow for these. Full dates are on our Delivery & Returns page.

🚫 Returns & Exchanges
We're unable to accept returns or exchanges as each inflatable is custom-made to order. However, if your item arrives damaged in transit we can offer a return or replacement. Photographic evidence of the damage is required and we will open an investigation with the courier before processing the claim.

🔥Important Safety Information:

Our inflatables are supplied in standard Oxford fabric unless a fire-retardant material upgrade is available for that design and selected. Where selected, the inflatable is made from strong plain-weave fire-retardant nylon instead of standard Oxford fabric, and the relevant fire-safety certification is supplied. If no fire-retardant option is shown for a product, the standard material should not be assumed to be fire-retardant. Please check your venue’s requirements before ordering and contact us if you need help confirming the correct option.

Most inflatables come with LED strips installed, or light bulbs depending on which one you purchase. We also have the occasional inflatable that comes with a spotlight installed too.

Lights can be controlled by a remote that's included (without batteries).

Blower voltage and plug type vary by destination.

We supply the appropriate voltage and regional plug for the delivery country, so your inflatable arrives suitable for the local mains supply.

Please contact us before ordering if you need to confirm a specific voltage.

All inflatables include a built in electric blower for quick and easy inflation. You will also receive a cable and plug that's suitable for your region. Simply plug in and play, with zero setup required!

Electric fan blowers supplied with our continuous-air inflatables are CE certified, and the relevant certification is available on request.

These inflatables require mains electricity, so they must be kept dry at all times when used outdoors.

Do not allow the blower, plug or any electrical parts to get wet. If rain is forecast the inflatable must be switched off, unplugged and brought undercover immediately.

Failure to follow these precautions can result in damage or risk of injury. We cannot be held responsible for any accidents, damage or improper use caused by exposure to water.

No. All our orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means any applicable customs or duty fees are covered by us before your order arrives. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay - no surprise charges on delivery.

Production takes 5 - 10 working days. Once your inflatable has been handmade, it then takes 5 - 14 working days to ship to your address.

If you need it sooner, we also offer rush orders at an extra fee upon request. Contact us to get your inflatables sooner.
