Simply send your PDF artwork once purchased featuring your logos, branding and graphics. Your design can be as simple or as detailed as you like—we'll take your artwork and produce a professional digital mock-up showing exactly how your inflatable arch will look before production begins. We'll email this proof to you for approval, so nothing is manufactured until you're completely happy.
When preparing your artwork, please ensure your files include your preferred colours, sizing and design style. It also helps to indicate which sections of the arch you'd like each logo or graphic to appear on (see our product images for an example of a previous customer mock-up).
Our inflatable event arches are reusable event assets, making them a fantastic long-term investment for businesses and event organisers. Each arch is supplied with a heavy-duty electric blower for constant inflation—simply plug it into a mains power supply, switch it on and watch it inflate within minutes. Once inflated, secure it using the included ropes and ground pegs, all supplied free of charge.

🛠️ Production Time
All inflatable decorations are made to order at our workshop. Please allow 1–7 days for production. This time frame also covers any unexpected delays.
✈️ Delivery Time
Once production is complete, your order will be shipped via FREE FedEx Air. Delivery usually takes 5–14 days, depending on your location. Until it’s shipped, your order will remain listed as Pending.
🚫 Returns & Exchanges
We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges, as each inflatable is custom-made to order. Every item goes through strict quality control to ensure it’s free from any damage or defects before shipping.
🔥Important Safety Information:
All inflatables are not flame-proofed as standard. For indoor events requiring fire safety compliance, we recommend purchasing synthetic fire retardant spray online, which can be easily applied before use. When properly treated, these props will typically meet British Standards certification requirements. Always check your venue's specific fire safety regulations.

This inflatable does not come with LED's installed due to the thickness of the fabric and design of the prop. Most of our inflatables are LED, with the exception of a few like this one.
UK:220- 240V
EU: 220-240V
Everywhere else: 110-120V
We will equip the correct voltage for your region. Blower's voltage and plug type vary from different countries, similarly to electrical appliances.
We will match the blower with the appropriate voltage and plug based on the your country delivered to.
Most European countries use 220-240V, while American countries use 110-120V.
All inflatables include a built in electric blower for quick and easy inflation. You will also receive a cable and plug that's suitable for your region. Simply plug in and play, with zero setup required!
These inflatables require mains electricity, so they must be kept dry at all times when used outdoors.
Do not allow the blower, plug or any electrical parts to get wet. If rain is forecast the inflatable must be switched off, unplugged and brought undercover immediately.
Failure to follow these precautions can result in damage or risk of injury. We cannot be held responsible for any accidents, damage or improper use caused by exposure to water.

No. All our orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means any applicable customs or duty fees are covered by us before your order arrives. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay - no surprise charges on delivery.
Production takes 5 - 10 working days. Once your inflatable has been handmade, it then takes 5 - 14 working days to ship to your address.
If you need it sooner, we also offer rush orders at an extra fee upon request. Contact us to get your inflatables sooner.
Our inflatables are not fire retardant, and we strongly recommend that customers apply their own approved fire-retardant spray or treatment if required for their event or venue. Always follow the product instructions carefully.
Please note we are not liable for any damage, accidents or issues that occur as a result of fire exposure, untreated materials or the application of third-party fire-retardant products.
