Q: What is included with the 3m LED mushroom hire?
A: The hire package includes the 3m inflatable LED mushroom, ropes, hooks, empty sandbags (you’ll need to provide the weights), and a remote control (batteries not included). It also comes with a CE certificate for added safety assurance.
Q: Can the mushroom be used outdoors?
A: Yes, the inflatable mushroom can be used outdoors, but it must not be exposed to rain. The fan blower is electric and needs to be plugged into mains power, which isn’t waterproof.
Q: How long can I hire the mushroom for?
A: You can choose an 8-day hire period or a 12-day hire period. Both are great options because it means you don't need to pack down straight away and rush to ship back
Q: When will I receive the inflatable mushroom?
A: Your hire item will be dispatched the day before your selected hire period begins. Please ensure you allow plenty of time to set up before your event. We recommen inserting a few days into the booking system before the event.
Q: Is a deposit required for the hire?
A: Yes, a £100 refundable deposit is required. This deposit will be returned to you within 5 days of the inflatable mushroom being returned in good condition.
Q: How do I secure the inflatable mushroom?
A: The mushroom comes with ropes that you can tie through the D rings for easy securing. This ensures it's well balanced. You’ll also receive empty sandbags, which you can fill with your own weights to keep it stable and weighted, especially if you’re using it outdoors.
Q: What do I need to operate the LED lights?
A: The inflatable mushroom comes with a remote control for the LED lights, but you’ll need to provide your own batteries. A remote control is only necessary if you want to control the colours, else our mushroom flashes automatically when it's plugged in.
Q: How do I inflate the mushroom?
A: The inflatable mushroom has a built-in electric fan blower. Simply plug it into a mains power source, and it will inflate within minutes.
Q: What happens if the mushroom gets damaged during the hire?
A: If the inflatable is returned damaged or with missing components, part or all of your £100 deposit may be withheld to cover repair or replacement costs.

Q: Do you deliver across the UK?
A: Yes, we deliver to all parts of the UK on a free returns basis. A free returns label will be included
Q: How do I return the inflatable mushroom after the hire?
You will be reminded over our automated emails when to ship back your mushroom. It will be a FREE returns label which is supplied within the box for its journey back. However customers need to package up the mushroom and ship back in their own box once finished, as we can't be sure that ours will still be usable after transit and being opened.
