Q: Can these be used outdoors?

A: Yes, these inflatables can be used outdoors, but they must not be exposed to rain. The fan blowers are electric and needs to be plugged into mains power, which isn’t waterproof.

Q: How long can I hire it for?

A: You can choose an 8-day hire period or a 12-day hire period. Both are great options because it means you don't need to pack down straight away and rush to ship back

Q: When will I receive the happy faces?

A: Your hire item will be dispatched the day before your selected hire period begins. Please ensure you allow plenty of time to set up before your event. We recommend inserting a few days into the booking system before the event.

Q: Is a deposit required for the hire?

A: Yes, a £100 refundable deposit is required. This deposit will be returned to you within 5 days of the inflatable being returned in good condition.

Q: How do I install the inflatables?

It's really easy. You simply plug it in and attach extension leads if needs be, then switch the plug on and watch it inflate.

Be mindful of children around explosed wires and if needed tuck/ tape wires out of reach.

Q: What do I need to operate the LED lights?

A: The inflatable comes with a remote control for the LED lights.

Q: How do I inflate it?

A: Has a built-in electric fan blower. Simply plug it into a mains power source, and it will inflate within minutes.

Q: What happens if it gets damaged during the hire?

A: If the inflatable is returned damaged or with missing components, part or all of your £80 deposit may be withheld to cover repair or replacement costs.
